Join us Friday, August 30th, after-hours from 6-8 pm as we welcome to the garden our friend Chef Ricardo Castano of Cocina Milonga!
After a 30-year career in fine dining, Ricardo Castano, a Cordon Bleu trained chef, and his business partner Raúl Leiva, have set their sights on their newest adventure: Argentinian Empanadas.
Ricardo Castano’s hand-crafted creations range from classic offerings such as Argentinian chorizo, Provolone and chimichurri to unique combinations such as crimini mushrooms with shallots, thyme, creme fraîche and mozzarella cheese.
Cocina Milonga is one of our favorite newest additions to Napa and we absolutely can’t wait to share their delicious and creative empanadas with you.
Chef will be cooking his empanadas on the terrace to order where St. Clair Brown wines and beers will be available for purchase by the glass or table bottle. Reservations are not required.
